 Arrive in Medellin at Jose Maria Cordova International Airport (MDE). This is the second largest airport in Colombia. Upon exiting security there will be a JetBlack representative ready to give you follow up instructions regarding ATM use and transportation into the city.

 The welcome dinner serves as a great venue to make initial introductions and disseminate information for what to expect for the remainder of the trip. 

 After dinner we will head to a bar for drinks and urban beats. Follow on party locations are all available in walking distance to the hotel. 

The Medellin Metrocable has made commuting from even the furthest edges of neighborhoods a quick, affordable and scenic journey, traveling over the mountain and down into the valley where it seamlessly connects with the metro trains. 

 Previously known for being the most dangerous neighborhood in Medellin and a stronghold for urban gorillas, Comuna 13 is now more associated with resilience, transformation and culture. We will be exploring all of its graffiti murals, locally owned coffee shops, art galleries and hearing first hand accounts from the locals that have lived the different phases of this transformation. 

Evening Sites Tour: Get ready for an evening out, our 3-hour night tour will show you the sights after dark. You won’t want to miss this bus! 

This 200m-high granite monolith rises from near the edge of the Guatapé reservoir. A brick staircase of 659 steps rises up through a broad fissure in the side of the rock. We will hike to the top to take in the sights where you will find magnificent views of the region. 

 A walk through this colorful pueblo is a reflection of the slower life outside of the big city. This is the perfect place for colorful and lively pictured so don't forget your camera! Its shops will also have plenty souvenirs to choose from. 

We will recap the entire trip at this farewell dinner and say our official goodbyes.
